Patients Say This Is the Best Vision Plan Provider

Americans who have vision plans are increasingly dissatisfied with them. But one insurer still managed to earn enough praise to take the top spot in J.D. Power’s latest annual Vision Plan Satisfaction Report. In formulating its rankings, J.D. Power surveyed more than 1,300 vision plan members. Overall customer satisfaction with vision plan providers was based on five factors.
